- Raising a mortgage in Israel up to 40% of the value of the property and adjusting the mortgage to the Payment Plan.
- Selecting the property and signing the purchase agreement, payment of 10% of the property's value + 4% purchase tax.
- Interest-free payments for up to 4 years - on a 60/40 basis.
- The company will give the client an indication to sell the property - while maximizing the return.
